Title: Hearing Dynamic Headphones
Post by: kr on May 16, 2007, 08:55:50 AM
Does anyone have any feedback/evaluation re: Dynamic headphones? They were reviewed in IronWorks back in July...they are custom molded and designed to fit under a helmet.  Thanks.

Got a buddy who drives a late model dirt car, Radio communications are not legal..so...he uses the dynamic ear plugs/phones and says they work great. Good and clear with a unmuffled 406 Alum SB. Bound to work on a bike, he says tighter they fit, softer the gel/silicone the better.

I had a set made and they are top shelf stuff. I just can't remember the name of the company. Knowing what I now know I wouldn't concern myself with aftermarket speakers in the bike again. These help with the wind noise and take just about no volume to drive them clearly. :2vrolijk_21: I installed mine on the rear outputs of my radio as I don't have rear speakers.  :orange:

KR those are similar to the ones I have made by Ear Inc. http://www.earinc.com/ (ftp://http://www.earinc.com/) . If they work as well as the ones I have you will be very pleased with them. :2vrolijk_21:

These are the one we ride with as well. We had them made in Sturgis last year, and immediatedly noticed that the left over head buzz that always accompanied an all day ride was a thing of the past. I also use them whenever using anything noisy around the house or yard.

Thank God I chose not to use 'doing' in my post.
