1/8 speaker jack 2 conductor That plugs in to the Sena BT10
the other end 2 wires go to the empty 280 socket in the fairing to Mike +
and mike - you can buy the matching plug  or just use the smallest female spade connectors you can find they should be red.
After you pull the front Fairing you will see empty 280 socket
Look at  your service manual find socket # 280 it has the 2 connections that you need mike + and mike _

4. I correctly understood that BT10 needs to be included in USB only for constant charging?
5. Where there is a sound from CB and the GPS command? On speakers of the motorcycle or the speakers S20?

You only need the the 3rd wire if you want to listen on the 20 s
and then you would need a 3 conductor 1/8 plug and as I have said I DO NOT
 Have my system set up this way I listen to everything on the bike speakers.
I have not done any testing to be able to listen on 20s.
You can find an audio out pin on the 280 socket look at the service manual. I have told you all I know.

  I would like to make all sound and CB, and GPS in S20, but sometimes to turn on the music on motorcycle speakers. But generally I sluat music and messages in way, and on motorcycle speakers it isn't heard because of noise of a deafener and wind.
with the 280th connector I already understood everything... I understood how there to connect BT10? I don't understand where to take the 3rd wire and where to insert it that the sound would be in S20?

You would need a 3 conductor 1/8 plug.
The middle conductor on the 1/8 plug will be audio into the BT10
The wire on the other end would be connected to an audio out or AUX out pin from 280 socket.

1/8 plug   === ---  --  - TIP
1/8 plug TIP audio OUT of BT10  to mike in on 280
1/8 plug MIDDLE audio IN to BT10 to audio or aux must be low level out of 280
1/8 plug top is ground to ground on 280
