Rewire of passing lamps so they stay on with hi-beam
« on: April 06, 2007, 10:21:57 AM »

I thought there was a prior thread on this topic but could not locate it.  Has anyone done this?  Any issues regarding the overloading of a fuse?  Any good reason why this shouldn't be done?
Thanks

Somewhere HD-Dude has a nice little wiring diagram created that I seem to remember being ideal for anyone contemplating doing this but not sure just what was where.  When he sees this hopefully he'll either post it again for everyone or link to existing image.

Ahh you'll be one of those guys coming at me with a gazillion candle power of lights, mis-adjusted! ;)

I usually leave my 100 watt PIAA's on when any bike comes at me with spots. :orange:

On the other side of the coin I sure like to follow those guys with all that light at night. ;D

However, I'm usually the one leading as most of my buds are clueless as to where they are or where they are going. :o
