I'm hearing the motor through my stereo speakers. I also get a loud noise when I lock/unlock my bags using the keyfob and sometimes I hear a noise when the turn signals flash. Anyone else getting any of this? Anyone have any suggestions as to what might be wrong?

Typically these noises are caused by ground loops. Ground loops are created when you have a missing or loose ground. I would start by checking the grounds in the fairing. There are a couple of ground wires that clip onto a lug on the top of the triple tree. These are known to come loose. Also check the ground cables on the frame lugs in front of the battery.
