I forget actual time frame but think Nov-Feb if you purchased new 660 or 665 through HD you received free lifetime maps.  Dealer gave me a form to fill out and mail into Garmin.

I didnt fill out anything, my garmin lifetime maps card just showed up in the mail roughly 4 months after the purchase of the bike.
