Title: GTS issues........Still

Did not import a GPX file to GTX, simply searched for a local town, started route and it made me turn off of Blue Ridge Parkway at an overlook even though it said "Travel 30 mile and turn right at Route XXX" then it froze after I passed the BS turn. Pause did not work, had to stop route and restart it.

Have latest update. Seriously, this is getting old.

As you mentioned it still freezes. On a pre-planned ride it might freeze once during the day. Pause and resume sometimes will work but not always. Overall the freezing is better. I have my left data set to time to destination and right set to time to via. It would be be nice if they could get the time to destination fixed. It shows correctly when you start the route but as you hit waypoints or turns it switches back and forth to time to via.

Post by: spence on September 14, 2020, 08:06:35 AM: 1600 mile trip last week and it froze numerous times on me, even ended up making some wrong turns because of the freezing. So very tired of this GPS.

More an more I use apple Carplay as voice recognition almost always works first try. If its a point to point trip I use CarPlay. I have yet to figure out how to make my own route in apple maps for CarPlay so thats when I use GTS nav.

Dave, Apple maps wont allow waypoints but Google Maps will allow up to 8 or 9 and works with Apple Play
