Does that backrest interfere with the drivers seat?

Does that backrest interfere with the drivers seat?
You mean did it require drilling etc. done to the seat? No.

Got my 2015 CVO street about a month ago. Absolutely need a backrest. What make is your backrest? Is that grasshopper based on title of your post? Assume you need to leave the small back seat on so the bracket isn't exposed and looking bulky? I love to ride without the back seat attached but will accept that to improve my ride with a backrest.

thanks much.

Yes its made by grasshopper.

Your assumption is correct. It's not the most beautiful sight without the passenger pad.

Thanks to this forum I got the CVO Riders "grasshopper" Backrest. Here it is with the matching Harley pad on my 2015 CVO Street Glide. Just thought I'd share a photo. Looks good and is comfortable, Thanks.

I painted the two aluminium thumb nuts so that when pillion seat is not in use the two nuts are much less visible as I painted them black. Simple cheap solution.  :jalapeno:

I bought black replacement nuts from Motherwell to replace the chrome ones . I also replaced the white plastic washers with black ones. Now everything blends together when I don't have a passenger seat on.
