If you are startin' from scratch, you cannot beat the Fullsac deals where you can have it all in one.  You can get a TTS tuner that is already set up for your pipe selection.
To be fair Kuryakyn has a similar set-up.
Pipes, tuner pre-programed, air cleaner all in one is hard to beat.  Fullsac has 1.75 to 2.25, mild to wild.  
The beauty is somebody elses bike took the beating on the dyno vs. your bike.  Granted you may be 1-2hp from absolute maximum but do you really care?
I have the 1.75 and love the fact they are not obnoxious loud but sound good.

Yep!  For less than some spend on just the aftermarket mufflers you can have the whole enchilada!
Save $300 to $500 on dyno time.
Save $800 to a $1000 on exhaust systems.
Have a great sounding, properly tuned bike, that runs like it should.
To each his own though... it is very understandable to be hooked on the look or sound of a certain exhaust.  Good Luck and let us know what you get!
