I have my 2010 all done. I installed a Revolution Performance 124 kit made for the 110, Rev Perf ported, polished and CC'd heads, T-Man 662-2 gear drive cam, Screamin Eagle roller rockers and push rods, Feuling cam plate, oil pump and lifters, an HP Inc. 58mm throttle body with 5.3 gps injectors, Screamin Eagle dual exhaust and a ThunderMax Autotune. I also installed a rear chain drive because I thought the belt might not take the torque. I'm still breaking it in and fine tuning so I don't know the capabilities yet. I have a 2012 windshield and handle bars with the Zumo 660. Also have mustache crash bar, air horn, chrome toolbox and the passenger floor boards. The old passenger pegs are now my highway pegs. I want to add a 2012 sound system and possibly cruise control in the near future. Just a few mods. I'm quite happy with it so far.

Nice mods! Sure it moves out too.

Very Nice...

You have created a monster! Wonderful ideas. As far as the sound system, you are free to pick and choose anything you like rather than the one that comes stock on the '11 or '12. The cruise may be a different nut to crack though. Seems they had to flash the computer or something like that. But you have the handlebars to run the wiring inside of. Getting there.......... I do sort of miss the looks of the saddlebags on the '10. But the actual capacity is about 1/3 bigger on the '11 and '12. Nice bike!

I would love to see pics of all those other mods you mentioned. Please post.

Nice mods :2vrolijk_21: I'm sure the belt would have been able to hold up under all that new torque but its all good :drink:

Actually these guys make a cruise for my bike. I have an after market ECM already (ThunderMax). It replaces the factory ECM. Thanks for the nice comments. I think I'll bite the bullet and get the 2012 factory sound system. It'll go in easier and look better than an after market one. I'll try and post some more pictures later this week.

Great job on the bike. I'm interested in the "2012 Windshield" you mentioned. Did you swap out the quick release fairing/windshield from your 2010 with a 2012? Or did you replace only the windshield from a 2012 Conv?
Thanks. Let us know how that engine runs after you get it dyno'd.
-
So what did all that engine work end up at for TQ and HP ?
Normally I'm not big on bench racing with dyno sheets, but I've got nothing to compare what you've done here with.
Thanks in advance

Can you tell what you have used for your passenger boards and show a couple of pics?
In the process of making a change for my little short bsr.

I just replaced the windshield with a 2012 and also added the Zumo hardware to mount the GPS. You'll at least need to get the Harley emblem and necessary attachment hardware.

Here's the post I followed from porkpig. It should have everything you need to install passenger floorboards.

Yeah, I saw that thread before but am wanting mine a bit different. I ordered up everything Friday and as soon as I have the footboard mounts in hand I will fab my own "non pivoting" mounts that will keep the bag mount in the same location.
