Flag mount for the CVO convertible
« on: March 03, 2011, 01:25:28 PM »

I want to mount a flag staff on the 2011 Softail Convertible but all the current Harley accessarys will not work due to the "angle" of the sissy bar frame ... anyone done this or have any ideas ?  Perhaps there is an aftermarket flag staff by someone other than HD .... HD Liscense plate mount will not work either due to the tail light configuration... suggestions or ideas please.... ben

Hey Doode... let me see if I can post a pic of the ole Cirrus... this is what I do when I am not riding the "Harley" ... Actually, I manage to get about 100 hrs a year on the bird ... some for business , some for pleasure ... I generally stay on the east coast ... between Atlanta and Fla .. but trips to the keys and Bahamas are the most fun ... Man I like the new "Convertible" softail ... it turns eyes everywhere ...folks think it is a "custom build" ... regards, ben

I love my bike, but that looks like a lot more fun!! And it looks like a lot more fun than the old Beechcraft Sport I used to fly....

Nice bird. Thanks for posting the pic!
