All,

Thanks for the compliments on the upgrades. I just wanted to try something a little different that I hadn't seen done before on a B/O Jester and figured it would give the bike an overall different appearance from the rest.

How about blacking out all the chrome too?, That would for sure be diferent. Black chrome isnt cheap though.

Looks great :2vrolijk_21:  Question:  where did you get the windshield from: how much: and is there any issue with seeing at night?  Thanks for the input and sharing with us.

HH04,

I ordered the windshield from a company on E-Bay called "baggers only" it was $39.50 so I figured it was worth checking out for that price. As for seeing thru the windshield at night, it is completely blacked out and not see thru, but it is chopped so I look over the top of it. If you are used to looking thru a windshield I would not buy a chopped black one, this one is designed to be looked over and deflect most of the wind.

Mike,

I wouldn't even want to start to think of what it would cost to replace everything with black chrome. I kinda like the contrast between the Black/Orange/Chrome.

Awesome.  I'm willing to bet that in '08 HD will offer an entirely blacked out touring model.  Maybe even a blacked out SE touring model.  Right now they offer the sportster nightster, softail night train, VRSC Night rod, and I really like some of the blacked out front end kits they're offering on the FL models.
07,
Looks sweet!!  Like the blacked out look on the fairing.  I would venture to guess that there may be a blacked-out version of the street-glide in the future...that would be the perfect model to do it on...the Ultra and CVO's are into bling. ;)  Which is good, cause I like bling.
Cheers :2vrolijk_21:,

Nice stuff. Now I know what my scooter would look like. I've got the shorty ants, but now looking at another custom look for the windshield. Good idea's for sure.
