Is anyone, or does anyone know a good home builder or real estate person in the Charlotte area? I was originally looking in the Asheville area, but I'm negotiating a relocation package with my company, for an opening in that office for sometime later this year. While I'm talking with them, I'd like to get more familiar with the housing market there. I'd like to understand my options. Any help on this would be appreciated. I hope another Yankee (this Yankee) down there doesn't upset y'all! TIA! Hoist!

Hi from Weddington NC a small bedroom community outside of Charlotte I grew up in CHA and WPB FLA came back to CHA its a great place to live and work and ride .Close to the beach and mts. can ride almost year round. My son in law is a custom home builder and would be glad to talk with you also have a good friend  that,s a realtor... By the way lottttts of NY,S coming to Charlotte.... tks Skippy

Is he the only one I'm allowed to talk to? When are you up for re-election down there? Has NC always had you negotiating for the entire state before people are allowed to move. 5) Learn to shop at Wal-Mart
6) NEVER trim the fat off a steak

Might start out easy on him, maybe grits at breakfast first.  Just don't tell him if you put pork brains in with his scrambled eggs.  Just tell him the color & taste are different due to the chicken feed down here.  Then you can work him all the way up to chitterlings.  That'll put hair on his chest.
