I would assume that is the case with the 2011.5 SEUC as well.

Correct!

That's what my dealer thought too.  In '06 you only got one, but on the '11 RG, you get two, and I would assume that is the case with the SEUC as well.

Correct!

And I was thinking there was a flux capacitor too!  Is that correct?

My dealer was unaware of 2 headsets coming with the 2011.5 as well. I had it put into the price of the bike and when the clerk started putting the helmets together she noticed that there were 2 headsets. Wound up putting the purchase price on a gift card.

Are there any wrenches in the tool kit? Mine had a cresent, vice grips, screwdriver, some allens (thant don't fit the headlight adjuster) and some zip ties. I see a kit on the website that shows it comes with wrenches.

No wrenches in mine either.  I would recommend, especially if you ever change the exhaust, putting a 1/2" open end that is cut in half for the exhaust header nuts.  Just in case.  I made the dealer adjust my headlight before I picked the bike up after reading how some came from the factory with them pointing 25 feet in front of the bike.
