Schburth link
« on: September 19, 2019, 07:23:22 PM »

:nixweiss: Have a 2016 SE Road Glide and looking at replacing full face Bell with a Schburth.  Still have the stock radio and speakers installed.  Was thinking of upgrading to the Stage 2 but decided against that.  The Schuberth comes with a communication system that has built in speakers and microphone.  Have a feeling based on other posts that this will not link up properly with the HD radio and only with the smart phone.  Does anyone have a Schuberth and can verify this to be the case?

If you want the Schuberth to connect to the Boom! Box 6.5GT, you will need to install the Wireless Headset Interface Module and have the dealer activate it. But you will only get mono fidelity with the Schuberth system. Only the H-D branded headsets (made by SENA) have the high fidelity stereo functionality.

This is 100% correct.
