Harley specs for the CVO Deluxe are:
24" laden seat height
25.8 unladen seat height
4.7" ground clearance
Harley specs for the standard Deluxe are:
24.5" laden seat height
26.4 unladen seat height
4.5" ground clearance
Can anyone tell me what makes the seat height a half inch lower on the CVO ??
The ground clearance on the CVO is .2" higher
Thanks in advance for any help on this one !!

Prior to getting my CVO, I had a 2012 Softail Deluxe. I managed to get a CVO seat for it because the stock seat was too high for me to be flat-footed. The CVO seat is MUCH narrower so your legs gain length.

The lady I'm trying to help is short and she already has the reduced reach seat. Not sure how the CVO seat compares??
She's only got a 28" inseam !!

I also have a 28" inseam. She should go to a dealer and sit on the bike. It's truly amazing how low it puts you. Good luck!! :) :)
