I did something that is very rare for Nov. in Canada  :) I went for an 80km (50 mi) ride yesterday  :pepper: :pepper: :pepper:  The sun was shining, the temp. was about 45 F, but the wind was blowing at about 35 mph off the lake.  So I bundled up and took the SERG out for what was probably the last run before they start putting salt and brine on the roads.  It was a Great ride :2vrolijk_21:

Fitted a visor style headlamp trim ring to my SERK. Instructions say to fit the new trim over the original trim ring but I have fitted it instead of. Seems to fit ok and is secure. What has everyone else done? I spoke to two other owners at a rally, one who had fitted over and said it was a bad fit and the other that had fitted it instead of and said it was a good fit.

Looks nice!

I am very unhappy with the one I installed. For some reason I never thought to take off the old one. Maybe because the say specifically to install the new over the old. I am going to try it tomorrow. Thanks!

When I did my 2012 cvosg, i left the original ring on, but stuck a strip of 3/8 foam all the way around it before installing the new outer ring, and this seemed to center the new ring better. If this makes sense.

What is the part #. They told me that they do not have covers for the 14. I think they look great.   Billy

Installed the FuelMoto headpipe that I had from my previous bike.  Also installed the saddlebag spoilers. Done with mods for now. :orange:  :2vrolijk_21:

I put that visor on my 14 with the stock visor underneath and had no issues with the install.

If anyone wants a visor for their headlamp, I have a chrome one that's essentially unused. Bought it, installed it... didn't like it and removed it.  Been sitting ever since.  $20 plus shipping...

If it is the same one in the photos, I will take it.

Removed my tour pack without using the quick release kit. It is actually pretty easy on the 2014/2015 CVOs and leaves you with a nice clean look. When switching back and forth the tour pack will just sit there without the bolts. With the new design of the rigid tour pack mount the front of the mount slides into the opening first and holds the tour pack in place when the back of the mount is set down. Down side is it takes about 10 minutes longer to switch out compared to a quick release setup. Up side is way cheaper.  :2vrolijk_21: I used the HD curved license plate mount with the Kuryakyn LED license plate frame. J&M hidden AM/FM and CB antennas. 2013 Street Glide seat with a back rest from a 2009 CVO Road Glide and the plastic chrome filler strips from a 2014 Street Glide to fill the slots where the tour pack mounts. I also pulled the saddle bag lock wiring out of the main tour pack harness and ran the wiring under the top chrome rail so that they do not have to be messed with switching back and forth.
