I didn't do anything to or on it, but I did do something FOR it. Ordered the new exhaust. It's getting the new Dragula 2 with 2.55 inch baffle.

Other than the POS factory air shocks the bike is great out of the box.

Many like the air shocks.  I hated them. I could never set them were the bike felt planted in the corners.  The bake of the bike in hard corners felt like it was wallowing or mushy and loose.  Could be I was so use to 944's on my 09 CVO Road Glide, then the HD hand adjustable premium low profiles on the 12 CVO Road Glide and the 13 CVO Road King that these just did not fell right to me.  Once I put the Ohlins on it the back feels every bit a planted as my 12 SERG or 13 SERK, if not better.

I'm so ignorant I thought all CVO's got the HD Premium Shocks. I agree, the air shocks on standard touring rides don't cut it. I bet the Ohlins are sweet. My original plan was to get a Street Glide and upgrade to Race Tech, but I got a deal on a CVO Road King instead which was the bike I really wanted. Premium Ride shocks are fine.

Ordered a new crank from Steve at GMR.  Just couldn't talk myself into installing his 113 kit on my stock crank.  Oh well, the weather is to ride anyways.

Had my ghost pipe mounted with the stock crossover and it would move around and didn't line up well at all so ordered the hangar from Frank and installed today. Looks much better and a lot easier on my OCD!

It didn't come with the hanger?

Yes I have Ohlins on the new bike.  Hated the POS air shocks, had about 1800 miles or less on bike when I changed.

On my 09 SERG I changed shocks as they were air.  My 12 SERG had the premium profile low hand adjustable, which were good enough I did not feel the need to spend more money on shocks.  That said, my Ohlins on the new bike are much better.
