Took my first quick ride on my new 124 after the tune. I am very excited about the performance! I really didn't think it was going to be much different than the 120r I blew up a couple of months ago but In was very fired up about how it felt. Soon as i took off and twisted the throttle a bit, I left a black patch about 20 feet long! Tune came out great with 140HP in 96 degree weather. Another amazing job by Bob in Hayward!

Are you still running a belt drive?
Did you have to replace or mod the trans for the new motor?

Yes, running a belt drive and stock tranny. Ran both with my 120r with no issues. When I blew up the motor, the tech took the trans apart expecting to have to replace some "stuff" since I told him that since we had everything torn apart while we were waiting for the new motor, I wanted to make everything as bullet proof as possible so I didn't have any issues going forward. He told me he was amazed by how good of shape the trans was. He actually went out and bought a Hayden for his own bike since I was running one thinking maybe that was why it looked so good.
Just happy to be back in the wind! Was not fun being "benched" for a couple of months! I did do around 700 miles over the Memorial day weekend but they were break in miles and this time I decided to follow S&S's recommendation which absolutely drove me nuts. Cant wait to "go play" this weekend now that its all ready to go. Today was a big tease!

Was lucky enough to get to ride it for a work trip the last few days. 400 miles of awesome weather and roads, 170 miles of rain and wind for the ride home today, not to mention a fithy bike.

Changed the stock headlight and turn signals to LED's, also added LRS 12" dark windshield (might be going to LRS 13" soon). Have other mods in progress at the moment. So many add on's so little time.

I did not like the Legend air pump under the engine so I made brackets and moved it under the tour pack on a 2015 Limited CVO.

I also Installed the air gauge in the left lower fairing top. I installed a offset spacer to view it easier.

Finally got around to installing a helmet lock.  I had one from the wife's Softail Deluxe that we traded in... it was chrome, but nothing a good black spray can can't fix... left a few bits chromed to give it a contrast finish, hehehehe
