We ordered one - then ordered new latches and hinges in black. Color matched for a bIke w BLACK HARDWARE, but comes with Chrome?! Stupid.

That's the "Harley Way".  Why give what you want if they can get away with charging you extra.

Here you go, flames on the top only.  Disappointed the hinges and latch are chrome.

yea, no kidding.  I picked up my chopped tp for my 16 and the hinges and latch are chrome.  you would think for that kind of money, they would be color matched like the saddle bag hinge covers

I added Custom Dynamics under rear fender led light to my CVO Pro Street as the stock turn signals/brake light suck and unsafe due to lack of visibility.

Took delivery of my new FLTRUSE on Saturday. Too cold to ride any further than the dealer to home. Sunday - better. Got in a 75 mile ride including some parking lot time getting used to the new model (had and Ultra Classic previous) and the hydraulic clutch and much heavier bike. Love the RG. It behaved very well on the highway and along the ocean in some gusty winds. Cool enough that the heated seat and grips came in handy .

Spent the rest of the day trying to figure out the GPS upgrade. The postings of others' experience on this forum was a great help. It still took hours and many attempts just to get it the bike to recognize the upgrade. Radio and GPS now upgraded, minor adjustments done (highway pegs, passenger boards etc.), manuals read and of course first waxing. Noting left to do now except ride and ride some more.

I dropped mine off at C&S Speed Shop to have Jason install GMR577 cams, lifters, pushrods then dyno tune!

I added a zumo 660lm and the Harley handle bar mount.  It is a great mount that does not take away one of the windshield bags and you do not have to drill holes the inner fairing.

Finally got it out of winter storage in New Hampshire and did the first 100 miles of the new season. Outstanding ride and beat the rain...

Removed the tank badges and cleaned it up good.  Waiting on the new tank badges to come in next week, but wanted the old ones off so I could just put the new ones on when they got here!
