Rode the Road King to breakfast.  It made me happy.

Rode the FXR to lunch.  It made me happy.  But on the way home discovered the horn had died.  That made me unhappy.

Rode the Road Glide to dinner.  It made me happy.  Just got home.

Will wipe them all down this evening.  This will make me happy.

Will also put a new horn on the FXR.  This would make me very unhappy if putting in stock location (because that job sucks).

Will mount horn elsewhere.  This will make me happy.

This is the way.

Was a great ride this morning, headed out at the crack of dawn and first stop was at Broad river, I had some company and we both gave some space to one another. My new summertime FXRG jacket gets a five star rating but now I realize I need some summertime boots instead of my usual red wings, my dogs would like to breathe too. There is always some influence here to help you spend some monies. I’ve got one suggestion anyone else have any input for summer boots let me know please.

I hope everyone has a great day and enjoy whatever.   :orange:

Yesterday I finished the cam bearings and lifter replacement on my bike, reused the pushrods for the experience of doing the job that way, and replace the breather related items in the rocker arm plates.
It started and got me back to my shop after the test ride, so I'm feeling good about this being my first time doing this type of work on a bike.

Only my word. It was the first ride in almost a year... I'll ride it at least one more time this month when I get the required state safety inspection. ;D

My Sunday morning ride took me down by the river. The ships are getting larger so the bridge is not high enough, enough cash will cure anything in this department.

Lets Ride!

Miss Susan and I rode down to the Back of the Dragon Store for Bike Night.

Not many folks there considering it was such a beautiful evening. When we got off the bike I turned around and saw Steve Mitchell sitting at a table giving me the finger, which is our customary greeting. We had dinner there and talked with Steve then rode back home just before dark.

Nice evening

Today Miss Susan, Pam, Dwayne, Steve M and I rode down to Alderson WV to a little place called Stuart's. They have all you can eat shrimp on Sunday's and today they also had all you can eat crab legs.

All I will say is that Dwayne is a crab eating machine, our poor waitress wore out a pair of flip flops running back and forth bringing crab refills, and hauling the scraps to the trash. By the time we were done, her flops flopped out and her boobs flopped out, which ordinarily would not be a bad thing, but in this case was less than ideal.

We all ate too much, and couldn't even stand to enjoy a fresh ice cream once we returned to Princeton. But all in all we had a wonderful 150 mile ride on a beautiful Sunday.
