That looks good for 20K miles.

Yeah, I was going to run it for another 5000 miles till my next service but I had the wheel off anyway for the fork upgrade and wanted to try out my new plastic duckhead and accessory arm on my tire machine.
Amazing how nice the bike rides and handles with new rubber and forks!

I'm sure the new fork upgrade is big difference.  The old oil and springs wear a bit in 81K miles.   New rubber is always nice.

I had planned to order my custom race tech shocks yesterday but due to a 6-8 week wait I decided to pick up Öhlins off the shelf at my local HD dealer. I have some trips planned starting this Tuesday and wanted the bike to be ready.
The Ohlins came in cheaper (and I have some gift cards and a discount). They are setup for the heavy bagger. The Race tech were my first choice because of the front suspension I have and how well they work.
Hard decision but I’ll do some test riding today or tomorrow and get the settings dialed in.

I’ll do a little test ride today.

I like the black shocks, not as noticeable as the gold color everyone else has! Blends in with my bike pretty well.

Oh, no, those big Ohlins cans aren't noticeable at all.   ;D

What filler lights are you using? Harley has some nice ones but they say they're not compatible with CVO limited

Those are the HD keystone filler lights and will fit if you remove the oem filler panel that is in that spot.
The support arm is the same on the baggers.
I’ve had those same lights on my previous CVOs and just kept them when I sold those other bikes.

Hope this helps

😂🤣😂

I HAD to get these as the ones I originally was after were piggyback style and had no rebound adjustments. There were questions about fitment also.
I got a good deal so these were  a no brainer!

I got a test ride yesterday and out of the box they were set for the bagger. Took one turn on the preload and left everything else alone. Amazing ride after my old worn out shocks.

You have some nice suspension upgrades going on your bike.  I'm sure it feels like its better than new suspension wise.

Took a nice 109 mile round trip ride to meet up with a friend and have a cigar.  Good weather in the low 50's.

Took a ride to the HD dealer, it was a cool 58*.

Had to park by the charger, I think it’s just for decoration.  :)

Got a Robert Becker Design seat lock for my new cvo rg fancy seat. Can't be too careful out there.

I have never seen that seat lock, neat design.  Wouldn't work for me with only running the solo seat.
