Not taken receipt of my bike yet but dealer has sent me a picture.

Noticed that unlike any advertising pictures and/or pictures posted by other proud owners this bike seems to have trims on the front fender.

All other CVO's I have seen appear to be without any trims.

is this strange? Am I paranoid?

This is mine, I picked it up 5 days ago, Australian model, notice no Hwy pegs.

Both appear to be international models. the ones for the states do not have the fender flare....at least i think that is why.

That is correct its the international models that have a different front fender and as stated above no highway pegs for the Australian models.

I have a red 14 CVO limited here in Australia and it has the trim. I looked a 15 RGU CVO in the dealer at the Sunshine Coast a few days ago and it doesn't have the fender trim which I thought was strange.

The reason we have the standard front mudguard in the UK is because of the requirement for a sidelight; as the LED headlamp has no such provision, they overcome that by fitting the mudguard that takes the light on the tip.  Of course, that mudguard has all the holes for the other stuff, such as the badge and the skirt, so they fit those to fill the holes.  Previous CVO Ultras had a headlamp with a sidelight built in, so it wasn't necessary to have anything except the normal CVO front mudguard, albeit we did have a little chrome trim (detachable, no holes) along the front edge on most years.

Yes I'm sure it is available in US. Just a question of finding one. I have seen photos of people stateside with that same bike.

Don't get me started on all this again,crikey,

 i posted a simular thread early this year,before i picked up my 2014 cvo limited,
as others have said the fender running light is a requirement to meet european lighting laws, the harley website only ever shows the US spec version and thats what your led to believe you getting, but get ready for what you don't get and the US version does:

1.No led slanted rear smoked brake taillight.
2. NO Led marker lights along the bottom of both sides of tourpak.
3.No "Clean" front fender, just a stock one with the hideous tin foil trim at the back.
4.No CVO badge on the rear fender {licence plate covers this so its just a plastic blanking plug}.
5.No garage remote opener.
oh and there lighting laws allows there version to have smoked indicators,and a slightly tinted windshield.

 Yes sir we don't get any of that! {bloomin laws!}, sorry if i have upset anyone with this news!,best you hear it now and cry into your beer later!.
no worry though as i got all these bits myself when i went over to the states early in year,

mine is just like you guys now in the USA

Yes that Color is Available in the States I have 1 but no trim on front fender.
Good luck finding 1. My dealership had to work a trade to get it for me.
Any Pics you may see of this color combo do not do it justice. The Paladium Silver is Awesome and Intriguing

I have seen all three of the 2015 colors in person and they look much better then the pictures.
