Just purchased yesterday. Already ordered matching tourpack, 13" bars, rear passenger platforms and moved rear pegs to highway pegs, 9" windshield, Rinehart DBX45 pipes, SE Tuner, and other goodies. This is my first RG and am very excited about hitting the open road.

Nice bike, My first road glide was a 2009 CVO RG, back when they were not cool. I have had several CVO Road Glides, loving my 19.

So, almost two weeks after signing the paperwork, I am finally taking delivery of my baby tomorrow morning. She has had the following add-ons: 13" LA Choppers bars, 9" KW windshield, CVO tour pack, passenger matching defiance foot boards, moved pegs to front for highway pegs, Rinehart DBX45 slip-ons with SE tuner, Kahuna heated grips, Ringz LED turn signals, and painted mid engine covers. It's supposed to be beautiful all weekend here in upstate NY, so I plan to put a lot of miles on her.

Thanks everyone for the wonderful comments. I rode "Christine" over 300 miles this weekend and each mile was a joy. I see what everyone means now by the joy of riding a Road Glide. It was a more enjoyable ride than my Street Glide as I could literally feel the difference. Here she is at beautiful Colgate University Sunday morning.

Welcome to the Shark Club......but shhh, don't tell anyone else how awesome these things are. I got my first real taste when the 18's first came out and ordered mine right away. I have almost 19k on it already and love it. The only trick was getting the right windshield.

The tour pack does not come with the power lock, it would have to be added. There is a thread about the parts needed as a couple of members have added it. Maybe someone will post the link.
