on my 16 cvorgu i had the front brake pulse (warped rotor) i thought, they replaced front wheel bearings. it fixed it and still has same rotors from new and no issue since. somn to ask them about  :nixweiss: :nixweiss: ,,,sorry  :jack:

There is a new wheel on the front with new bearings.  Rotor still warped in 5K miles.

There is some underlying issue I am sure.  Harley is just fixing the symptom, warped rotor.  Not trying to figure out why its doing that.  Looks like the same rotor that is on my wife's 2019 RGS.

I had a 2008 SERG that warped the front rotors as well as wore the front tire out about every 8k miles. After the rim was changed under warranty the warpping improved to every 8k miles. Yep, those extended warranties pay for themselves for people that ride. No issues on a 2010 1/2 CVO Ultra and no issues on a 2015 CVO RG.  Actually plenty of issues on both of them but no rotor issues. If I went down memory lane the 2010- 2 sets of lifters, 2 cams, ABS module went bad, and oil leaks. The 2015 with the 117 kit: spline on clutch hub, water pump while at Sturgis( trip was ruinend), One set of lifters,  Crank bearing while at Panama City which caused a total motor rebuild including new cylinders, Pistens, oil pump etc. But the bike did have 27k miles on the clock so it was due right HAHAHA( yes 2nd trip in a row ruined). We keep buying them why???? And the motor company is loosing market share and need to publish on how they are going fix the company. Start by learning from the competitors WHO's bike perform right off the showroom floor and 100k without major issues. HD doesn't need a sales strategy or a new model that requires tooling and Capital expense to launch, they need quality!!!!!!

I was told today (6/29/20) using anything but the Harley tuner will void the warranty. Was shopping for full exhaust on 2020 CVO Street Glide.

SAME thing on my 2008 SERG. Warp rotors about every 8k and front tire tread would cup and wear. After 3rd set of front rotors the dealer replaced the rim under the extended warranty. Of course it did not fix the problem. So I upgraded TO 2010 cvo ULTRA- TOO MANY PROBLEMS TO LIST ON THIS BIKE. Next was a 2015 CVO RG. Did the factory 117 upgrade at 10k then water pump failure at Sturgis and 15k , Crank bearing failure at PC rally with 20k.  Thank goodness each bike was covered with Extended warranty.  My first HD was a 2002 Dyna Wide Glide- 28k of trouble free riding.  Guess CVO have special needs!!!!!!!!!!!
