Any mods yet?

Damn it! I said I would probably not do much to this bike but already found something pretty cool. Lighted hand controls. From what I can see, it's a plug and play. No wires to feed through the handlebars.

That would be sweet. Need to check on that when I get home.

I haven't ridden my bike at night so didn't realize they already came on it but I did do my first mod at no cost. Removed the rear and fork reflectors.

I took all the Harley toppers off the last bike and installed then on this one. Brake light for tour pack rack should be in this week. After looking at the rack, it just seemed something was missing without the brake light.

Changed all the bolts to chrome bolts, on the engine and tranny as well.  Changed air cleaner unit, got all the reflectors off, changed the headers, added brake light to tour pack rack, changed rear suspension to Ohlins (best mod so far) digital dipstick, and some other minor chrome stuff.

I intended to "jail brake" the protocol over the winter to get ride of the ABS brakes but that did not happen so far.

Jury is still out on the saddle and I am going to change the front suspension. (Ohlins)

You will have to run the wires thru the handlebars if it's the same company that sells these. So far I lost control of my music selection from the switch and some of the LED's flicker. I received mine thru a friend that had contacts from Taiwan where they were made. I have a one off red led's on mine so I'm told and I wouldn't waste your money on them. Look cool except for the flaws. Will take pics of them lit soon if you would like to see them. This pic that I attached is not what I have installed.

I thought the backlighting would show but I guess not.

So I installed the brake light on the tour pack rack and a little disappointed. While with the lights off, the smoked lenes look good but with the lights on, the bike lights are more of a orange/red in color while the brake light on the tour pack is red/red.

Are you sure it is wired correctly?  My Airwing light is smoked and it is as red as the TourPak light.

The tour pack light is red, but the bike lights have a slight orange tint to them. I would hope that the TP light would have matched better.

I understand what you are saying but from a safety aspect a slightly different shade in the color can be an attention getter for the cager behind you!!

I can tell there is a color difference but I think it looks fine.

I also added some fancy saddlebag lights from Harley.  They are three-function lights and really make the back end visible.  Next I am going to get rid of the yellow incandescent bulbs in the rear turn signals and replace them with red LEDs.

Your lighting looks great. I also added the saddlebag led lights (part# 67800451).  Just curious,  do your lights on these saddlebag lights flash when using both the turn signal and brake. My turn signals on the saddlebags flash only when the brake is not being used. The amber incandescents flash in both cases.

Did you install the led's in the Amber rear turn signals?
