What do you mean by "simonizing processed by the dealers"?
The products they sell?
Having them detail the bike for you?

If you're talking about a "special" polish and wax job, I'm not familiar with a universal product or process offered by all Harley dealers.  What exactly is this package, what does it include, and how much do they charge?  Give us some details, and we'll tell you if it's worth it.

I'm going to speculate this is the same thing some car dealers offer on new cars - ever looked at a new car's window sticker and see something added like this: Body Corrosion Protectant and Sealant: $700.00?

That's a $700 wax job.
