Have/has anyone replaced them with the smoked lenses and LEDs?  If so who did you use?

CustomDynamics.com - Dynamic Ringz.

You will not be disappointed.   The outer ring is bright white running lamp while the inner part changes to yellow signal.  They also sell the smoked lenses.

Once installed, run the emergency flashers for about 20 seconds to allow the electronics to adjust or your signal indicators will flash very fast.

CD Ringz's on my CVO RGU as well.  My 2015 came with smoked lenses and amber bulbs so just had to buy the led's.  Used red led's in rear and added a CD run-turn-brake module under the seat.
