07 Jester - only one speaker working after TourPak re-installation

I've had my Jester set up without the TourPak and am getting it ready for the E. Springs trip and have installed a quick-detach mount for my Pak.  Ok, here's the prob..........  I am NOT rehooking the amp up and figured I could get the rear speakers working just like a stock Ultra.  However, my right speaker is working but the left isn't.... I know I've pulled a boneheaded move here somewhere just need somebody smarter than me to tell me where I goofed!

Just to be clear; Both front speakers are working? You only lost the left rear?

Correct.... I've been running the fronts only ever since removing my pak and the amp with no problems.  When I put the pack back on yesterday I found out that only the right rear was working.  Both rears worked fine when I had the amp installed. ????
