Under seat accessory plug
« on: July 22, 2010, 03:36:17 PM »

HELP!
Where is the thread regarding the location and description of under seat accessory plug?
I found a plug with rubber removable cap, but the accessory switch doesn't control it. :-\

Well from this info I feel sure the proper plug has been found.
Unfortunately, rocker ACC switch won't turn it off!
The rocker indicator light illuminates on & off, but the connector stays hot.

UPDATE:
The right ACC plug was found, unfortunately the wire pins on the accessory were wrong from the factory!
Dealer techs tested the plug and reversed the pin wires and like magic it worked.
FYI: the accessory underseat plug has a rubber strapped cap on it for ID.
