TourPak LED lights as turn signals??
« on: April 08, 2012, 06:26:16 PM »

Curious if anyone has modified the LED light rail on the 2011 SERGU TourPak?? Currently the center portion does double duty as running and brake lights an the corner sections only act as running lights. I would like to modify the corner lights to function as turn signal and running lights.

Ride Time Technology makes a module for what you want to do. It works good but the flasher isn't exactly in sync with the main lights.

Got a link to that module? I have a feeling it's a couple of diodes in the right places. I've done some wiring on my avalanche to add some lights and that's all it took. The 12v system should act similar.

I used it on my FLTRX so I had to change the wiring a bit but it works great. There are two modules that go inside the TP and some connector changes required but it's easy.

Thanks guys . . . I just ordered the TurnSE+ Module from Ride Time. Decided to upgrade to the triple duty (run, Turn and Brake) corner lights. I will post back and let everyone know the results.

Reading the instructions that JDO provided, I get the impression that the part numbers from HD are for replacing the entire light rail on the TourPak. Or, am I misreading the instructions?I looked on the HD website and couldn't get the part numbers to come up.

 ;D ;D ;D

The kit replaces the wiring harness's for the LED tour pac lights.  They then act like they should have from the factory.

Brakes lights and integrated turn signals up high where everyone can easily see them.

Nope just need 2 parts listed 69911-11 and 70933-10 and use harley instructions for wiring and install help
