Anyone know what the 09 SERG comes equipped with?  the 12" or 13"  air suspension?

I believe that the 09 SERG comes with 12" shocks.

Took My Brand new progressive 440's off my 96 FLHR and put them on my 09 FLTRSE3. They are just shy of an inch taller but I must say I like the ride. I especially like the fact that they went on with no problem at all even tho both the dealer and also Progressive told me they would not fit. I feel certain that somebody out there will say that I have changed the geometry of the bike but I really do like the ride and no longer need to think about checking the air in the shocks. Little things make a difference.
