Very moving. Had me choked up.

It's wonderful that the surviving crew of the USS Arizona have this option to be interred with their shipmates when they pass. I had no idea this was done.

It's a great thing that can be done for these service men.  I appreciated this post as my step father fought in WWII and will hit 90 this year.  I'm sending a link to this for my mother and Robert to view and thank you for posting this one.  I, too, was not aware this service was provided for these heros.  God bless our service men and women and God Bless the USA.

Kathy and I visited the Memorial in Sept 1998. No one on the tour spoke  word after reaching the Memorial.....very surreal....one that I will never forget.

Kathy and I visited the Memorial in Sept 1998. No one on the tour spoke  word after reaching the Memorial.....very surreal....one that I will never forget.

I've done the same in the late 1980's and there Is dead silence aboard the memorial.  Thanks Tommy.
