Title: 2019 Build Dates

I am interested  in purchasing a 2019 CVO RoadGlide Lightning Silver / Charred Steel .

The bike has a build date of September 2018. That seems an early build date.

Does anyone one know when the last build dates are on this model and if a later build date will have any improvements or differences?

I am in no hurry to buy the bike because I live in Chicago and soon it will be too cold to ride.

Harley releases its new model year in August of the prior-year. Thus, the 2019 s were released in August of 2018. So a build date of September is not particularly early. Also, I think you will find that improvements mid model year are very rare.

CVO models built May2019 forward came with the primary vent tube installed at the factory, supposed to help the sumping issue.. My CVO RG was built in April 19, same exact setup as the September 18 build you are looking at..

mine was also built in april 19 wheres this vent located? thanks terry
