If so, I think someone here has a full set of red tins for either an '00 or '01.

Those decals have never been offered separately under their own part number. I've also never seen one for sale.  Every.  Have seen a couple of fairings that were repainted and done by a skilled airbrush artist.  That's the best recommendation I know to offer.
