If you happen to complain and you get anywhere with it, please let me know. If they do it for one person, then they’ve set a precedent to continue doing it.

I guess that makes sense to swap sides to move them back - thanks for the tip!!
My wife has been on the back all of twice - she rides my older 09 FLHX with a sidehack.
Hope Harley-Davidson goes good on 'em for you.
I have too many HD T-shirts and bought the Harley-Davidson HOG Life membership. Looks like I'm plugged in for a while. I get the frustration - same reason I'll never buy a FORD product again. [2012 Harley-Davidson F-150 - long story].
Come on spring!!

I know, "old" Post, but I just bought a used 2021 CVO Royal Purple/Black Fade with 5k miles on it.
It does have the adjustable passenger floor boards on it.
My GF is 4'11" and I had to adjust them up two notches for her, and she seems to love them.
NO CB or Sirius Radio though, and a HoHum Boom II Stereo :(

I bought a used 2020 cvo limited, had the adj pass boards.
I took them off and tossed them in a box.
No matter what I did they were in my way and I never carry a passenger.
But, I guess when I buy a bike on the floor it is up to me to get what I pay for at time of sale. If it was missing a part it's on me.
There is usually a page I have to sign that says what I am promised after the sale, like one time they owed me an antenna, it was listed on the "we owe you" sheet.
Let me know if you want mine.
