2025 Harley CVO ST Problems already
Al380:
I just purchased a new Harley Road glide CVO. I had a Harley glide standard before this one. With only 160 miles on it I received an engine light warning. There are two diagnostic code errors. The first one.P06930 problem with the Fan control circuit and B11600 Battery mgmt system. I did notice I a great amount of heat from the engine doing a short ride. Has anyone else experienced this issue? I put up with getting frequent diagnostic error codes with my 2024 road glide however I am not going to do the same with this bike.

Last 2 cvo’s I had also had multiple problems. I feel your pain!
Best advice is to leave it bone stock and let the dealer fix it. Have them provide a printed copy of the full work order (don’t rely on their computer to store anything for you).
Paper trail is your best bet.
I gave up after 2 bikes and fixed my own, but I’m not a patient person!
Good luck.

That's pretty much it these days. Except for comfort stuff and chrome geegaws, just leave them stock. Wait till the warranty expires and the engine grenades, then dive in with your checkbook.
I left mine pretty much stock for 83k. Then when the engine went I had Jim at Metal Dragon rebuild it stock, but with better quality components. Over 111k now and it's fine.
FLSTFI Dave:
Take it the the dealer is new and under warranty. As others have said keep a written copy of what was done.
Tractor Bubba:
Perhaps the throwing of check engine codes is right of passage on these new SkylineOS bikes?
There’s a lot of electronics on ‘em, and “check engine” seems to be one of standard SkylineOS screen features.
