Harley motors are not designed to run at 2000 rpm or lower, destroying the bottom end is all you are doing! Down shift for the love of god lol.

best thing i ever done to mine, far as cams go, i left the 255s in it and rode the wheels off of it,,, 70k miles on it and going strong.  ;D
