The stock mirrors on my 01 RG are way to low or not wide enough as I always see my shoulders.

Any suggestions and prices?

Change your handlebars.  Here is a link to H-Ds offerings.  You already know the ones you have so it will be simple enough to figure out what your next move is.  Too much flex in the longer stems compounding vibration to get good vision.

I went with a set of HD tall mirrors and turned the mirror upside down so now I can see behind myself, have no problems with vibration that I can see of.
