Welcome to the site Westernwind!  Go to the new member board and introduce yourself.

BTW, just about everyone here has replaced the MoCo POS stock seat...lots of options out there now.  There's even some good deals on the Selling board occasionally.

Hey, welcome from a fellow Canuck  :2vrolijk_21:. As all have mentioned, you'd be well served to look into a Corbin, Mustang, etc- lots of used deals here and on the other HD forums....besides, browsing the classifieds will give you something bike-related to do over the winter, since we can't be riding.

Calgary, ay? Are you a Flames fan? Hopefully the Leafs can do to them tonight what they did to the Oilers the other night!!  :P

Welcome to the site. Lots of seat options.  I run a factory touring seat on the long runs, and flip back to the buffalo hide when doing days trips.
Ever had the SERG out to Invermere??
We have a retail shop on the main drag, there's always a bike parked in front of it, stop in and introduce yourself, .

Thats what I was doing too. I ran a reach seat for the long hauls.

I finally broke down and am in the process of getting a custom c&c alligator fastback seat from Chuck. Can't wait.
Getting the better half  one for her fat boy too.
