that is one of those cage driver equalizer-it's a horse halter quick release that allows a one handed release and then the rider can use the brass release on the end of the rope to "get the driver's attention".

in the old days dc firemann and myself use to tape spark plugs to are handle bars, break a window like cutting butter... :2vrolijk_21:

Capo, very nice!  I also like the tp lights.  BTW I just sold my SEEG to a guy from Seattle who works for Boeing.  He's flying to Atlanta with his wife and riding it home!  I will put him onto the site.

I have an old tine ceiling hook---you may have seen them 6 feet of chain with a 2 foot claw hook- old Truckie tool I "borrowed" from the Hope H&L in HFD. And it was just to effin heavey to hang off the bars-- ;)
