What's High Mileage?

At some point I may buy a used SE Ultra. I was wondering what the general opinion of high miles is in regards to the motor as well as the overall bike. 20K, 40K, 80K...

Are there issues that arise that need to be addressed at certain milestones? Bearings, Transmission, rings, lower end, oil pump, etc.

Mine will have between 41K and 50K when I trade it in...or sell it to you  8) and will still be under the original warrantee until at least Dec.
