They shouldn't be...the SEUC3 and regular ultra have the same sized tires, share the same frame and suspension.  They should sit the same heights.   :nixweiss:

Did you note this on a showroom floor?  Were both motorcycles in stock configuration?  Best I recall, there is no difference..........unless it is owner applied.

I think the difference is the heated seat the CVO bike has.  I think the heated seat is about an inch and a half thicker.

Hadn't thought about that.  Interesting.

Is it an ABS on the standard Ultra ?
On CUSE3, it is an ABS module on the right side cover and the ECU is under the seat.

Yes. It is the heated seat. We changed the seat on mine last year, and there is the difference. The '09 seats do better, but it is still a "high" bike.

Interesting...I didn't realize there was that much difference in the seats.  But that would give you a "seat-in-the-pants" height difference.  There shouldn't be that much of a visual difference.  He didn't mention on how the measurement was determined.  It's sounds visual and that inch in the seat shouldn't be noticeable.   :nixweiss:

The CUSE2 and CUSE3 have heated seats but the CUSE 3 is heigher than the CUSE 2 because the ECU is under the seat.
