"Parting is such sweet sorrow"

I sold and delivered my 2005 Heritage today.  A guy bought it who had totaled his blue/black ride, and it just happened to have most everything he had on his.  Advertised it on Ebay and sold it in less than a week  (he is local here in the DFW area).

It's tough to let this one go, as it was my first :-*, but there will be others :2vrolijk_21:

I hear ya...Now, I get to start looking again ;D.  I want a little bar hopper.  Woudl love to find an 07 softail custom with low miles.  Let the search begin...

Yeah, That's right it's a real A$$ whippin to ride it any farther than that - Even with all the Traxxion$$ and Legend air ride crap you can bolt onto it.

But that what makes it a real harley, After you ride it any distance you want to get off and beat up somebody up that's how it got it's reputation everybody that rides one is meaner than a  angry snake. :)

My daughter is an pretty accomplished horseback rider (English).  She currently has a medium sized pony, but she is outgrowing it, and the competitions she enters are starting to deduct points for her size.  So, we are in the process of selling her current "ride", and shopping for a larger horse that may help her get her college education paid for :pepper:.

I wanted to free up some cash (no bonus this year at work :'(, so I sold her (the bike, not the kid ;))to a good home so when we find the right horse, we can act quickly.

Cobalt... Similar tastes.  Sold this Heritage to fund the SERK.  It was a great bike for five years.

Nice looking Heritage.  I still feel it is one of the most versatile bikes the Moco makes.
