I was hoping for a bolt on kit.   ;D Pretty cool for 25K though.  Don't know if i would take it out on the street even if you could make it street legal

It's a gyrocopter. Looks like it is a long way from being road legal. FAA license is a weight thing. I think if it weighs under 280 lbs or so and carries less than 6 gallons of fuel It is an ultralight and can be flown without a pilots license. You don't want to stand behind one when it accelerates on the ground. That big prop on the back moves a lot of air, dust, dirt etc.
