I retired from the Air Force in 2004. I had two years from that date to be moved anywhere in the country, no charge. Not sure why we stayed here. My wife hates this place and she lets me know everyday, no family here , my kids are Young enough to move without putting up much of a fight and the weather sucks. Guess it was easier to stay settled in than uproot everything. As far as Canadian cities this is probably on of the best for the time being. Good health care, schools, low crime and taxes. Sure would like to be somewhere warmer though. Maybe when the kids have moved out I'll move to Mexico.

LV is fairly cheap to live, good weather for riding and my daughter lives here.

Was born and raised here in Sausalito, CA. Lots of family and friends around. Great weather and fantastic roads.

80+ degrees in Feruary is another good reason.
