2015 Indian Roadmaster
« on: August 28, 2014, 07:56:43 PM »

I thought Victorys were ugly, but this thing takes off where Voctory left off.
-Just got my new Rider mag today and the pic on the cover is too much!
The rider belongs on a BMW.  -Nothing new.
The rider looks very uncomfortable.  -Leaning slightly back with his arms way too close to his chest.
But this post isn't about the pilot.  It's about the bike.
Ugliest fairing, lowers and side bags ever.   ???

Is that because it's not a look a like Harley?
It's like cars, they all must look a like, right?
I for one, like some who dare to be different.
Just my opinion.

I don't even know what to call that Roadmaster!  Ugly does not even come close.

No, it's because it looks like parts thrown together from a swap meet.  Look at a Kawasaki tourer...looks the same.  Passenger seat arm rests apparently came from a gynecologist's chair.

Armrests

I see that! Harley has them too! Just saying!

I may not like parts of the bike, but I don't see it as some do. Like I said before I'll give them
credit for being different, and there is nothing wrong with being different.

I've never seen armrests on a Harley that look anything like what Indian is selling.  If you like the Roadmaster, fine.  Indian did a great job on the Chief, Vintage, and Scout, but dropped the ball on the Chieftain and Roadmaster.  My analogy of the Roadmaster....it would be like Chevy putting fender skirts on a 2015 Corvette.

Wow tough crowd, not a fan either, but was wondering if their lifters are designed to self destruct as the warranty runs out? Sorry couldn't resist. Maybe we could harley to sell us rolling bikes and we could add our own engines?
