Been lurking on the site for a couple of weeks, learning about the CVOs and making sure that it is the bike for me. I've been riding a metric (Suzuki C50) for a few years, love it, but found it didn't suit my riding style anymore. Took a ride on an standard '06 Ultra Classic and I was sold. Once the wife learned about the heated seats, chrome and bigger engine, she was sold on the CVO. I like unique and the CVOs aren't a dime a dozen, what more could I ask for. So I'm saying goodbye to my Boulevard in about 2 weeks and hello to my new Strawberry (or whatever nickname you guys give her). We hail from S.E. PA, close to the MD and DE borders and hope to see some of you on the road.
And since :worthless: and I don't have pics of the new scoot yet, here's one of my current ride.

Hello, and welcome to CVO Harley. Hope you're ready for EWS.................Empty Wallet Syndrome.
Is that where she constantly empties it so you can't spend anything? ;D

laissez les bon temps rouler - from Bourbon St, New Orleans :drink:

Nope this site will empty it faster than your wife ever could...and you will justify each and every purchase as a NEED!! :nixweiss: Amazing how you went from a CVO, all inclusive, total bling machine with power to a fix-er-upper...OCD is an illness.

I suppose one could look at it that way, yes.............from a conservative point of view. Perhaps I need to leave my wallet laying around the house so Renea can do that for me. :) However it can also apply to a rider's lack of resistance to the the calling of the chrome, engine mods, and other such regalia to make the machine even mo'betta.

Congratulations on the new bike and welcome to the site.......everyone is correct relating to EWS. My wife has threatened to take away my allowance if I don't keep spending money.....but I only really need a few more minor things.........detachable fairing mounts.....heel shifter peg.....HawgWired audio set up....new cams sometime in the future....chrome control buttons (but I won't be installling them myself)...
