Did you try your stouts with the fullsac x-pipe headers Rio?

I believe it w was GMR that had some excellent results with the Kury Crusher Mellows on a few builds.  Next time around I believe that I'll really consider them with the DX pipe in front of them.

I'm currently running the Drago's 2 into 1 and really like the performance, but they are loud.  Running several hours above 80, your ears will ring.

I just got my Drago's on and we are a bit disappointed that they are so quiet lol

Jesse,

You sure don't need to worry about the cagers knowing your around!   They sound really good and the performance is great, but on long trips, I think I'd like something a little quieter.

Or maybe ear plugs would be cheaper!

I hear ya brother! We rode to Sturgis and back with the D&D and I thought it was louder but it never bothered us.

I have had lots of motorcycles and nothing compares to my CFR exhaust with Rush ceramic headers.  It's loud but deep.  Sounded great with my stock de-catted headers but the rush really woke it up.  If $ is the question just get the slip ons.  Headers later when you dyno!  The CFR are $600 I think.  There's also a knock off brand that is a little over $200.  2 of my friends have them and have held up well.

Supertrapp..........Every time I see that name,  I think of the butt ugly soot stained discs that are darker colored on the right hand exhaust than the left one.  I've seen many dyno runs that show they perform well,  but wouldn't even consider them cause of the ugly appearance.

It appears these new ones may have overcome that problem, :nixweiss:

The 4" Jackpot Dyno Tuned mufflers are the best-sounding I've heard.  Just a bit too loud for me anymore though.  I'm very, very happy with my butt ugly, soot stained S/E Fatshotz.  They make good power, sound better than a lot of mufflers, and are quiet enough not to blow my ears out on an all-day ride.
