Some of these are presented without comment, but none is needed in most cases.
Everyone had a good time, with not even a tipped bike from what I heard about, much less any kind of problem while we were out and about on the routes.
Just a bunch of great people reuniting or getting to know the face behind the name for the first time.
And the weather was just as good as the company we all kept!

Feel free to quote and then add your own comments!

Ha ha. I think you know better Kevin.
Everyone was impressed with you two and our group was all the better for having you and Kathy with us.
You would be sorely missed if you didn't come back, and we think you should also consider Maggie Valley as well!
Cheers, brother!

And maybe the best part of a GTG is making new friends.
Linda (Dan_Lockwood's wife) and Patty (RGlideKid's wife) hit it off from the get-go!

Raccoon's abounded in the parking lot that week!
Kevin (Kevin_n) and his wonderful wife Kathy. They were a great addition to the GTG, and are the next generation of CVO Harley riders!
-
"The Last Supper" begins...
I think we had close to a hundred hungry people there that night!
-
Great food and a bar to boot!
-
Can't this line move any faster?
-

-
That hat was made for that hair. Dan's belly is full, so now he's checking out what the weather will be like for the last day's shopping expedition.
-
The last big night in the parking lot is officially underway!
-
All good things must come to an end, but we had a great time at the 1st Annual Meet in the Middle at Eureka Springs!
-
And yes the Fun Meter was at it's highest level! Make your plans for next year, if you dare to have some fun!

GREAT job Harry :2vrolijk_21: just think, all the leg work is done for the GTG next year on routes, etc. I personally really appreciated all you did. getting to meet you in person & spend time together. the tour around ES was great. I think Kein & Kathy, Jonathan & Teresa were great assets to the GTG. everyone seemed to enjoy them. a nice WELCOME to the family :welcome_005:

Thanks very much, Ray!
Yes, much of the leg work is done now for next year, but I will be tweaking the routes and likely adding a few more as well. Plus adding more notes about restaurants!
The whole gang this year added to the feeling of togetherness and camaraderie at ES with no cliques to get in the way of the fellowship. It truly was a great kickoff year for a new GTG venue for CVOHarley!
As an aside, I am now working on some routes for MV and have posted them for others to try out if they like in the "Events Chatter" section. I have 10 routes so far, and that doesn't begin to scratch the surface of that area. Mike Shrader said to bring it on, so I am!

So when and where next year?

Same week in June, same hotel and city! The Best Western Inn of the Ozarks in Eureka Springs, the week of June 4th. Call the hotel and tell them you're with the CVO Harley group in building "D" to get the group discount.

Thanks!
