What's a good lightweight carbon fiber half helmet, price is no object.

They also used to make a six shooter helmet, not sure if they still make it. The skull crushers are not DOT.

Nice light lid with a ratchet strap. DOT approved for what it's worth.

If you have interest. I have this Carbon Fiber helmet in a size large. It's absolutely flawless, super lightweight and quite comfortable. I purchased it for $160 and would be willing to offer it for half that cost to you or anyone interested.

I have switched to a bell 500 true carbon fibre took me a bit to get used to .but it really seems to help with the fatigue on long trip with ears covered. it took a while to break in . I wear with sun glasses but also use over the helmet strap googles . the thing is a little retro looking
